Spears Creations isn’t just a woodworking shop — it’s a full circle process. We grow the trees on our Missouri land, harvest them into logs, slice them, and dry them until they’re ready to become art.
Every wood slice goes through our hands. We sand them by hand, paint them, and add hand-sized, laser-cut layered pieces that give each product its dimensional, one-of-a-kind character. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Slices are dried to low moisture to prevent cracking or “pieing.”

Laser Cut
Layered cutout pieces are laser cut and hand-sized for each design.
Sand & Paint
Discs are sanded smooth on both sides and hand-painted.
Assemble
Layered pieces are glued onto the finished disc to create the final 3D art.
Pack & Ship
Each piece is bubble-bagged or heat-shrink wrapped, boxed, and shipped wholesale.
